Use the notes section of the PayPal order process to make your choices of unlisted size, edge finish and final finish.
Edge Finish
The style pictured above is square edged, "broken" with a sander to minimize splinters. Roundover and chamfer edges are also available at no extra charge. The "broken" square edge will be used if you make no other choice.
Final Finish
A medium walnut stain was used for the sample picture.We will use any commercially available stain that you tell us to. Your choice of Lacquer or Polyeurethane will be used for the final finish. If neither is specified, we will use Lacquer. Both Lacquer and Polyeurethane will have an affect on the final color. If you would like no final finish, we will need for you to give us that request in writing, because they are recommended for protection from everyday wear and tear.
Type of Wood
The type of wood used for this sample and this price is pine. Pine is always the least expensive fine wood. We are willing to use any type of wood that you want. Overall Size
The sizes listed above are maximums and are relatively standard.
We will build the mirror to any size up to 24" x 24" for the listed price. Anything outside of that range is a custom order and will be priced according to expected materials and labor.
The Bathroom Medicine Cabinet is available in two standard sizes, 24" OC and 16" OC. Unless otherwise informed, we will build it to 16" OC. The storage component will be built for 2x4 studs unless you tell us that you have 2x6 studs. We will build this Southwest Style Medicine Chest any size that you need up to 24" x 24" for this price. Just make sure that we know what size opening you have. Anything outside of that range is a custom order and will be priced according to expected materials and labor. If you are having a contractor install your medicine chest, we are willing to, and in fact, recommend that we work with your contractor on exact dimensions after you have chosen a style.
